About Us
In accordance with the Revised Constitution of our Convention, one of the primary objectives of National Baptists is, “to promote home and foreign mission.” Therefore, the Home Mission Board has as its fundamental purpose the promotion of Christian missions in the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Mission Structure
The HOME MISSION BOARD has established the following Missions:
Evangelism, Discipleship and Church Growth
Family, Youth, Young Adults, and Elderly
Social Justice, Economic Development and Housing
Pastoral and Religious Professional Services
Institutional Support for Historically African-American Colleges, Universities, Seminaries, and Students
Emergency Relief and Disaster Assistance
Health Care
Church Stewardship Resources and Investment Services
HMB Regions and Regional Representatives
An HMB Representative is assigned to each of the five geographical regions to assist state conventions, associations, and churches in the development and enhancement of Home Mission Ministries.
